EMS 2006 will also include the first country from Central Europe - Poland, which represents the first stage in developing C-EMS.

Fieldwork has already commenced in Hungary and the Czech Republic. The first results will be included in the EMS Winter 2006 release. The full-year data will be released alongside Poland as C-EMS in 2007. Further expansion to Russia is planned for next year.
